Reuben Paul Sundell, 77 of Crocker, a retired U.S. Army Sergeant First Class, Korean and Vietnam Wars veteran, passed away at 2:10 p.m., Friday, August 21, 2009 at Sunset Village of the Ozarks.
Funeral services will be held at 3:00 p.m., Tuesday, August 25 at Faith Evangelical Lutheran Church, St. Robert. Burial with military honors will follow in Sunset Memorial Estates Cemetery. Services are under direction of Memorial Chapels and Crematory of Waynesville/St. Robert.
Visitation is from 5:30 to 8:00 p.m., Monday, August 24 at the funeral home.
Mr. Sundell is survived by his wife: Gisela; three children: Mark Sundell and wife, Sherry, Roy O. Sundell and wife, Cathy all of Waynesville, Sharon Pierce and husband, Gary of Murphy, Texas; two brothers; five sisters; nine grandchildren; one great grandchild, other relatives and many friends.
Memorial contributions may be made to Faith Evangelical Lutheran Church.
