Jerry Dale Hutsell d. 5 June 1963

HOUSTON- Jerry Dale Hutsell, 19, of Houston, died at the Texas County Memorial Hospital Wednesday after suffering a heart attack.

Survivors are his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Farrell Hutsell; and four brothers, Farrell, Jr., Gary, Michael and David, all of the home.

A brief service will be held at 12:30 p.m. today at the Evans Chapel. Funeral services will be at Waynesville Baptist Church at 2:30 p.m. today with Rev. Ervin Morton officiating. Burial will be in the Waynesville Memorial Cemetery under the direction of Evans of Houston.

Thelma Myrtle (Hudgens) Hutsell 1922-2000

Thelma Myrtle Hudgens Hutsell, 78, daughter of Robert and Bessie Hudgens, was born May 26, 1922, at Bloodland. She died Dec. 9, 2000, at Breech Regional Medical Center in Lebanon.

She married Farrell Dale Hutsell January 24, 1940. They had five sons.

Mrs. Hutsell was a charter member of the Unity Free Will Baptist Church of Lebanon. She loved her church and pastor, Dan Talbott; reading her Bible, gospel music and good fellowship.

She was preceded in death by two sons, Jerry Dale Hutsell, June 4, 1963; and David Lane Hutsell, October 22, 2000; her parents; two brothers and two sisters.

Surviving are her husband; three sons, Farrell Eugene of St. Louis, Gary Leon of Lebanon and Michael Don of Springfield; one brother, Herman Hudgens of Bridgestone; one sister, Hazel Allsman of Cottage Hill, Ill.; seven grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.

Services were Dec. 12 at the Unity Free Will Baptist Church with the Rev. Dan Talbott officiating. Burial was in the Waynesville Memorial Park Cemetery under the direction of Colonial Funeral Chapel of Lebanon.

Farrell Hutsell 1919-2003

The Rev. Farrell Hutsell, 83, son of Marcus DeLayfette Hutsell and Amy Cook Hutsell, was born July 8, 1919, in Laclede County. He died April 24, 2003, at Breech Regional Medical Center in Lebanon.
The Rev. Hutsell was married Jan. 24, 1940. His wife, Thelma, preceded him in death.

He worked in Civil Service at Fort Leonard Wood, was a minister and member of the Unity Free Will Baptist Church.

In addition to his wife, he was preceded in death by his parents and two sons, Jerry Dale and David Lane.

Surviving are three sons, Farrell Eugene of St. Louis, Gary Leon of Lebanon and Michael Don of Broken Arrow, Okla.; 11 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.

Services were April 28 at the Unity Free Will Baptist Church with the Rev. Dan Talbott and Dennis Lowrance officiating. Burial was in the Waynesville Memorial Park Cemetery under the direction of Thieme-Shadel-Hicks Funeral Service at Colonial Chapel.

Ivan Case 1909-1986

Ivan Case, the son of Allen Leander Case and Minnie Frances Hutsell Case was born 15 December, 1909 and passed away November, 1986.

He was saved in 1938 and united with the Gasconade Baptist Church where he was a member at the time of his death.

Ivan was married to May Singleton November 26, 1929 and to this union four children were born.

In 1930 he worked on old Highway 66 with a team of mules and a Fresno, or slip. He was a farmer most of his life and worked hard from sunrise to sunset to provide for his family. He worked as maintenance man at the Pulaski County General Hospital for a number of years until he was forced to retire.

Due to poor eyesight and poor health for the past several years he was confined to his home. He loved his Lord and his family. He never lost his cheerfulness or compassion for others. Their home was always open to anyone who needed help of any kind. He will be sadly missed by his family and friends. Our loss is Heaven’s gain.

Funeral services were held Sunday November 9, at 2:00 p.m. in the Waynesville Memorial Chapel with Rev. Bill Claiborn and Rev. Lee Schaffer officiating. Music was provided by organist, Gladys Snyder, and a duet by Betty Brown and Sandy Toppe. Escorts were the grandsons. Honorary escorts were Bob Woody and Virgil Shelton.

Burial was in the Crocker Memorial Cemetery, Crocker, Missouri, under the direction of the Waynesville Memorial Chapel.

He is survived by his wife, May of Waynesville, Missouri; two sons: frank of Richland, Missouri and Harry of Clark, Missouri; one daughter, Audrey Pope of Lindsey, Oklahoma; one granddaughter; six grandsons; and four great grandsons; one brother, Charley of Coulterville, Illinois; and one sister Ora Flake of Mound City, Missouri.

Besides his father and mother, he was preceded in death by one daughter, ruby, and two grandchildren, Carol Jean Case and Frankie Allen Pope; one sister Edna Fuller; four brothers, Emmitt, Ewell, Raymond, and Ernest.

Lou Edna (Case) Fuller 1898-1982

Lou Edna (Case) Fuller of Waynesville, Missouri, was born on November 12, 1898 near Crocker, Missouri, the daughter of Allen and Minnie (Hutsell) Case, and departed this life on November 17, 1982 at the Phelps County Regional Medical Center at Rolla, Missouri. She had attained the age of 84 years and 5 days.

She was united in marriage to Ben Fuller in the year 1916 and unto this union 5 children were born.

Mrs. Fuller is a long time member of the Hickory Hills Baptist Church and has lived her entire life in the Pulaski County Area.

Funeral services were conducted on Saturday, November 20, 1982 at the Hickory Hills Baptist Church at 2 p.m. with Richard Breeden and Bill Tallant officiating.

Burial was in Dunkard Cemetery under the direction of the Long Moss Wulliams Funeral Home of Waynesville, Missouri.

Pallbearers were: Grandsons.

She is survived by 1 son: Melvin Fuller, of Waynesville, Missouri; 2 daughters Opal Sheldon of Waynesville, Missouri, Ferne Garrett of St. Peters, Missouri; 3 brothers: Ernest Case, Tulsa, Oklahoma, Ivan Case, Waynesville, Missouri, Charley Case, Coulterville, Illinois; 1 sister: Ora Flake, Craig, Missouri; 11 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, 2 sons: Norman and Bernie; and 3 brothers: Emmett, Euell, and Raymond.
