Dwayne Edward Gerber 1960-1984

Dwayne Edward Gerber, of Waynesville, Missouri was born on August 20, 1960 at Decatur, Indiana; the son of Danny and Rita Ann (Heiman) Gerber and departed this life on January 16, 1984. He had attained the age of 23 years, 4 months, and 22 days.

He attended Adams Central School in Monroe, Indiana and graduated in 1978 from the Waynesville High School. During his High School years and until the tome of his death he was employed with Safeway Van Lines of Waynesville. He greatly enjoyed reading, woodworking, and all outdoor activities.

Dwayne is survived by his father Danny Gerber of Waynesville, Missouri; his mother Rita Gerber, Decatur, Indiana; 1 brother, Mike Gerber, Waynesville, Missouri; and a host of other relatives and friends.

He will be sadly missed by all who knew and loved him.

Funeral services were conducted on Wednesday, January 18, 1984 at the Long Moss Williams Chapel in Waynesville, Missouri at 10:00 a.m. with Virgil White officiating.

Burial was in the St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery at Decatur, Indiana.
