Rev. Harold E. Hokanson 1906-1986

Rev. Harold E. Hokanson, 79, (retired) of Waynesville, Missouri passed away Monday evening, March 10, 1986 at the Waynesville Nursing Center.

Visitation will be held Thursday, March 13, 1986 after 5:00 p.m. with family receiving friends from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. at the funeral chapel.

A Memorial has been established to the Child Evangelism Fellowship.  Contributions may be sent to the C.E.F., Route 1, Waynesville, Missouri or left at the Waynesville Memorial Chapel.

Funeral services will be held Friday, March 14, 1986 at 2:00 p.m. in the Waynesville Memorial Chapel with Rev. Earl Jones of Dixon, Missouri officiating.  Interment will be in the Waynesville Memorial Park, Waynesville, Missouri under the direction of the Waynesville Memorial Chapel.

Survivors include his wife, Marian; two sons, David of Laquey, Missouri and Paul of Warrensburg, Missouri; one daughter, Ruth Hokanson of the home; three brothers, Knute, Joseph, and Reuben Hokanson, all of the State of Minnesota; two sisters, Dorothy Bengston of Minnesota, and Marie Boman of California; and five grandchildren.
