WAYNESVILLE-- Mrs. Hattie Irene Cantrell, 55, died of a heart attack at her home in Waynesville at 7 p.m. Tuesday. She had been a resident of the community 21 years.
Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. today in the Waynesville Methodist Church. The Rev. Theodore Wolff will officiate. Burial will be in Waynesville Memorial Cemetery under direction of Moss-Williams.
Survivors are her husband Hubert, Sr.; a daughter, Shirley of the home; four sons, Hubert, Jr., and Gerald David, both of Tulsa, Ronald D., Tampa, Fla., and Robert L. of Waynesville; six brothers, Roy Bresee and Presley Bresee, both of Springfield, Arthur Bresee, Cortez, Colo., Fred Bresee, Las Vegas, Nev., Jess Bresee, Avoca, Iowa, and Irvin Bresee, Turlock, Calif.; three sisters, Mrs. Florence Reardon, Hollywood, Calif., Mrs. Charlotte Kersey, Guthrie Center, Iowa, and Mrs. Edith Bowles, St. Cloud, Minn.; and five grandchildren.
