Robert Martin-John "RoBBee" Scott 1989-2009

Robert Martin-John “RoBBee” Scott, son of Robert D. and Patricia LaVonne (Fulmer) Scott, was born September 7, 1989 in Springfield, Missouri.

As a young boy, RoBBee grew up in the St. Robert area and graduated from the Waynesville R-VI School District with the Class of 2008.

While in school, RoBBee was very active with several organizations. He was a member of the Drama Club, the Thespian Society, the Men’s Choir, an officer with FFA (Future Farmers of America), played with the Band and in the Jazz Band and also a member of the Heating/Air Conditioning Passport at Vo-Tech.

RoBBee had a beautiful singing voice and loved to sing every chance he could. He was also talented with playing instruments and was especially good with the trumpet and the guitar. RoBBee loved to be outdoors while fishing, but also enjoyed tinkering with cars.

RoBBee attended church at Faith Evangelical Lutheran Church in St. Robert.

RoBBee passed away Thursday, November 5, 2009 near Waynesville, Missouri at the age of 20 years, 1 month and 29 days. He will be sadly missed by all those that knew and loved him.

RoBBee is survived by his mother: Pat Scott of St. Robert, MO; one sister: Konnee G. Fifer and her husband Bill of Malabar, FL; uncle: Dr. LeRoy J. Fulmer and his wife, Marcia of Waynesville, MO; aunt: Mickey Rider of St. Robert, MO; several cousins, other relatives and friends.

RoBBee was preceded in death by his father: Robert D. Scott and two uncles: Martian J. Fulmer and Charlie A. Scott.

Funeral services were held at 1:00 P.M. Tuesday, November 10, 2009 in the Memorial Chapels and Crematory with Pastor Richard Anderegg officiating. Special song selections “Simple Man” and “Come Sail Away” were played at the beginning of the service. Pianist Becky Lercher accompanied the congregation as they sang “Amazing Grace”, “Abide With Me” and “Be Still My Soul”. Services were under the direction of Memorial Chapels and Crematory.
