Mrs. Chas Fenton and son, Everett, were in Dixon Sunday to attend funeral services for her aunt, Mrs. W.C. Brittain. Rev. Andy Sheppard preached the funeral sermon Sunday afternoon.
Some of the relatives who attended the funeral, besides the immediate family were: Bud Leek, a brother, and his daughter Mrs. Pearl Fox, Bob Leek, a brother, all of Tulsa, Oklahoma; Pink Miller and family of Jefferson Vity; Rev. Horace Miller and family of Vienna; Enock Miller and family of Dixon; Mr. and Mrs. Bert King of Franks; and Wilma Fenton of Waynesville, now staying in Dixon.
Mrs. Brittain had been ill for some time.
