...County, a son of Marion Webster and Julia Ann Sneed Kelley, and departed this life at 8:30 p.m. on Tuesday evening , February 21, 1984 at the Heritage Park Nursing Home, Rolla. Mr. Kelley had been in failing health for the past two and one half years, and had attained the age of 91 years, 10 months and 3 days.
Mr. Kelley was united in marriage on July 1, 1915 (date is smudged) at Big Piney, to the former Miss Florence Lovada Carroll, and to this union five children were born.
Mr. and Mrs. Kelley celebrated sixty-eight years of marriage on their wedding anniversary this year.
Mr. Kelley was a farmer and engaged in stock raising. He was a member of the Ozark Baptist Church near Houston and was baptized at an early age.
Funeral services were conducted for Mr. Kelley at 1:30 p.m. on Sunday afternoon, February 26, 1984, at the Birmingham-Martin Funeral Chapel in Dixon, with the Rev. Harold Withers officiating. Interment was in the Hopewell Cemetery, Big Piney, under the direction of the Birmingham-Martin Funeral Home, Dixon.
Pallbearers for Mr. Kelley were relatives and friends.
Memorial contributions are suggested to the American Heart Association. Envelopes are available at the Birmingham-Martin Funeral Home, Dixon.

Family members preceding Mr. Kelley in death include: His parents, Mr. and Mrs. Marion W. Kelley; one son, Cyris Kelley; two brothers, Sam Kelley and Clarence Kelley; and two sisters, Mrs. Dena Sawyer and Mrs. Sylvia Trout.
