Leman W. Wilson 1923-1986

Leman W. Wilson, age 63, Rt. 72, Box 5-B, Kaiser, Missouri, passed away Monday, September 29, 1986 at the Harry S. Truman V.A. Hospital in Columbia, Missouri.  He was born August 8, 1923 in Richland, Missouri to Baker and Opal Henson Wilson.

He was married to Mona E. Hogue August 5, 1942 in Camdenton, Missouri.

He was as a lifetime resident of Pulaski and Miller Counties.  Veteran of WW II in the Navy.  Retired from Kirkwood Lodge at Lake of the Ozarks in 1985.  Is a member of the New Hope Baptist Church in Kaiser, Missouri.

Survivors include: Mona E. Wilson wife of the home; his parents Mr. and Mrs. Baker Wilson of Richland, Missouri; Jerry Wilson, son of Kaiser; Wilda Trusley, daughter of Brumley, Missouri; brothers: Vernon Baker, and Dean Wilson all of Richland, Missouri; Don Wilson of Kansas City, Missouri; and Doyle Wilson of Illinois; sisters: Violet Osborn, Bonnie Starnes, and Sue Paul all of Richland, Missouri.

Visitation was October 1, 1:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at Griswold-Kays Chapel, Eldon, Missouri.

Funeral services were at New Hope Baptist Church, Kaiser, Missouri, on October 2, 1986 at 2:00 p.m. with Rev. Curtis Wilson, Rev. Hank Tannehill, and Rev. Ralph Byrd officiating.

Interment was in the New Hope Cemetery, Kaiser, Missouri under the direction of Griswold-Kays Funeral Home.
