James Andrew January d. November 5, 2009

James Andrew January, 23 of Laquey, passed away November 5, 2009 near Waynesville.

No services are planned at this time. They will be announced at a later date by Memorial Chapels and Crematory of Waynesville.

Mr. January is survived by: his mother, Theresa Bennett of Laquey; a son, Johnathan Bennett of Laquey; his maternal grandfather, Raymond Kidd of Waynesville; three siblings: Dylan January of Laquey, Kayla Bennett of St. Robert and Jeremy; five aunts and uncles: James January of Laquey, Thomas January of Arkansas, Linda and Jr. Levett of Waynesville, Armedia and Tommy Gullett of Waynesville and Douglas and Corey Kidd of St. Robert; a special friend, Amanda Frietch and many cousins and friends.

Memorial contributions are suggested in memory of James Andrew January and can be left at Memorial Chapels and Crematory of Waynesville.

ST. ROBERT— Two confirmed dead bodies were found just outside St. Robert city limits early Thursday afternoon.
The Pulaski County Sheriff's Department, Pulaski County Ambulance District and the Waynesville Rural Fire Department were all responded to the scene on Highland Rd. off of Hardin Ln. at around 2 p.m. Thursday.
The bodies have been identified but authorities are not releasing the names of the victims until their families are informed.
The Pulaski County Coroner took them away from the scene.

St. Robert, Mo. -
Foul play is not suspected in the deaths of two men found outside St. Robert city limits early Thursday afternoon, the Pulaski County Sheriff's Department reports.

The bodies of the young adults were found inside a car that was parked in front of a residence on Highland Road.

Sheriff's deputies and first responders arrived on scene at 1:02 p.m. The 9-1-1 call came in at 12:56 p.m.

“At this point in time we are not prepared to identify the names of the victims, pending notification of next of kin,” Cpt. Bill Anderson said. “The investigation is its preliminary stages and until we have an autopsy and a toxicology report returned, it's really too early for us to determine what happened.”

In addition to the Sheriff's Department, the Waynesville Rural Fire Department, Pulaski County Ambulance District and the Pulaski County Coroner responded to the scene.

The identities of two men found dead outside St. Robert City limits early Thursday afternoon have been released.

The bodies of Andrew James January, 23, of 22290 Highland Lane, and Robert Martin-John Scott, 20, of 14100 Tulsa Road, were found inside a parked vehicle on Highland Lane.

Both January and Scott were taken to Waynesville Memorial Chapel in Waynesville.

Foul play is not suspected in the deaths of the two men.

WAYNESVILLE — Pulaski County Sheriff J.B. King said Sunday that the first results of an autopsy of two men found dead in a vehicle outside St. Robert last week show no indication of foul play or trauma.
The bodies of Andrew James January, 23, and Robert Martin-John Scott, 20, were found inside a parked vehicle on Highland Lane.

The cause of death is unknown and a final determination will be made after the toxicology reports are finished, according to King, which will take about six to eight weeks.
