Lloyd Henry Roam entered Heaven on March 5, 2010 to be with his Lord and Savior at the age of 93, after a brief illness.
He was preceded in death by his first wife, Nova Lee Tucker-Roam, his parents, Edward Roscoe Roam and Minnie Leona Monger-Roam, a sister, Ruby Elizabeth Roam and a grandson Earl VanMeter.
Lloyd is survived by his wife of 39 years, Geraldine Morgan-Roam, his brother Robert Raymond Roam and his wife, Bertha, his son, Larry Roam and his wife Helen, his daughter, Judy Roam-Hearin and her husband, Ernie Hearin, a step-daughter, Vickie VanMeter-Osage and her husband Jim, a step-son Dan VanMeter and his wife Delores and step-son Phillip VanMeter and his wife Carol. Lloyd was blessed with 12 grandchildren, 21 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great grandchildren of whom one is due March 9, 2010 and numerous nephews and nieces. Lloyd will always in our hearts and never to be forgotten.
A Visitation was held on Tuesday, March 9, 2010 at 4:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at Page Funeral Chapel in Selma, Ca.
