Graveside services will be held at 1:00 p.m. Friday, June 24, 2011 in the Waynesville Memorial Park Cemetery. Services are under the direction of Memorial Chapels and Crematory of Waynesville/St. Robert.
Mr. Carter is survived by his wife, Linda of the home; two children: Karl Carter (Beth) of St. Charles, MO and Charles Carter (Angel) of St. Robert, MO; four grandchildren: Kyle, Kory, Wyatt and Gatlen; other relatives and friends.
