Ballard Cemetery (Laughlin Cemetery)
Ballard Cemetery, located on Fort Leonard Wood, is more commonly known as Laughlin Cemetery.
WHO is in charge of this cemetery? I spoke to Fort Leonard Wood officials and they said "The families are in charge and decide when burials will stop at these cemeteries." They went on to say that the families can change their minds and allow burials to begin again. So WHO are the official family representatives or whatever?
