Roy E. Tappendick, 46 of St. Robert, a retired U.S Marine, passed away Wednesday, September 23, 2009 at his home.
Services are pending and will be announced by Memorial Chapels and Crematory, Waynesville/St. Robert.
Mr. Tappendick is survived by his wife: Tracie; Six children: SPC Gary Tappendick (Rebecca), stationed in Iraq, SPC Travis Tappendick (Mary), stationed in Korea, LeAnne Tappendick of Ft. Lewis, Washington, Ashley, Steven and Carrie Nordlof all of St. Robert; two grandchildren: Anthony and Hayden Tappendick; his father: Rayburn Tappendick, Sr. (Becky) of Salina, Kansas; two brothers: Ray Tappendick, Jr. (Becky) and Jason Tappendick (Stephanie) all of Salina, Kansas; several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, in-laws, other relatives and friends.
The family requests memorial contributions in lieu of flowers in memory of Roy E. Tappendick.
