Decker Cemetery is located in Pulaski County, MO., north of Hancock, near Beaumont Road. The cemetery is on private property, on land that is part of the Laughlin Farm. According to Tombstone Inscriptions of Pulaski County, it is fenced, but in bad condition.

Decker Cemetery was most likely named after the Decker family who probably owned the land, or lived nearby during the time that the Frisco line was constructed south of here. The earliest tombstone is dated 1862 and belongs to an infant daughter of D.O. and Manda Tibbs. The latest recorded burial is that of Ambrose A. Decker who died in 1953.

  1. my great grandparents are buried there. We always called it Brown Cemetery, because it is next to the old Brown School.
