Leonard Elmer Carroll 1894-1983

Leonard Elmer Carroll was born in Iberia, Miller County, Missouri on August 30, 1894. He was the son of William Franklin and Bashaby Peoria Elkins Carroll and passed away in the Pulaski County Memorial Hospital on Thursday, August 19, 1983. He had attained the age of 88 years 11 months and 19 days.

He is survived by 3 sons, Chester Guy Carroll of Sutherlin, Oregon; Lloyd Elsie Carroll of Swisshome, Oregon and Hershel Carroll of Big Piney, Missouri. He has 2 daughters, Ozelma Carroll Sprately of Jefferson City, Missouri and Orpha Carroll Wood of Fort Clayton, Panama. He has 21 grandchildren and 28 great grandchildren, 4 sisters, Marie Long, Lena Page, Maggie Carter and Florence Kelley. He was preceded in death by his parents, wife Zora, 2 brothers, Arthur and Jack "Robert Franklin", one sister Orpha and a son Lester.

He was a member of the Iduma Church and was a loving Father and Farther in law. He will be sadly missed by all who knew and loved him.
