Fire Baptized Holiness Cemetery is located in Pulaski County, MO., on Fort Leonard Wood army post, near Truman Education Building and the old location of Burger King. It is one of three cemeteries on Fort Wood that is surrounded by German Prisoner of War stonework, dating to World War II. It is a small cemetery with only thirteen or fourteen grave sites. The name of this graveyard makes one think that a congregation of Fire Baptized Holiness Church must have met near this location some point in the past, although this is only an educated guess. The earliest dated stone is that of John D. Hass, not even two years old, son of W.T. and L.A, who succumbed 17 March, 1899. There are no tombstones for his parents, so it is unknown if they are buried here, or moved on to other parts of the country after their loss. The next dated stone does not appear until 1933, 34 years after John was laid to rest here. There have been at least four burials here after the construction of Ft. Leonard Wood.
