Noel was born October 10, 1974 in Columbia, Missouri. He one of two sons born to the union of the late Leroy and Joan Carol (Hudik) Rowden.
From 1990 to 1994, Noel was employed at the Marriott Tan-Tar-A Resort at Lake of the Ozarks, and later worked at the Lodge of the Four Seasons for a short time. He also worked at the Pulaski County Sheltered Workshop in Richland throughout the years.
Noel was a member of Glo in Springfield, Missouri. He enjoyed cooking and his computer. He was an avid NASCAR fan and loved living on the Rowden family farm in Montreal.
Noel will be very sadly missed by his brother, Mark (Rita) Rowden of Osage Beach, MO; an Aunt: Lillian Jones of Camdenton, MO; two cousins: Jimmy (Lynn) Jones and Mike (Sue) Jones all of Chicago, IL along with several other relatives and many friends.
A graveside memorial service was held at 10:00 A.M. Saturday, January 5, 2008 at the Glover Chapel Cemetery near Richland, MO with Bro. Charles Pitts officiating. Arrangements were under the direction Richland Memorial Chapel, Richland, MO.
