Earl Thomas Collins, of rural Vienna, was born on September 15, 1916, the son of Perry and Oma Collins, and departed this life at 3:26 p.m., on Tuesday afternoon, November 26, 1985, at his residence near Vienna. He had been ailing with lung cancer for the past year and a
half, but had been in failing health for the past six years. He had attained the age of 69 years, 2 months and ll days.
He was a member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars of the United States of America. the Disabled American Veterans and a veteran of World War II. He was a retired auto mechanic.
Cremation was under the direction of the Birmingham-Martin Funeral Home. Vienna.
