Delores Marie Sego 1929-2007

Delores Marie Sego of Cuba, Missouri was born July 13, 1929 at
Dillard, Missouri to the union of George Henry Bruner and Leota Mae
(nee Alcorn) Bruner and left from this life on Tuesday, May 22, 2007
at Waynesville, Missouri at the age of 77 years 10 months and 9
days.
Delores was united in marriage to George William “Bill” Sego on
September 14, 1962 at Cuba, Missouri.
The most important thing in Delores life was spending time with her
children and being grandma, but in her spare time she enjoyed
gardening, sewing, the outdoors and going for walks.
Delores was a loving daughter, sister, wife, mother grandmother,
great grandmother, sister-in-law, aunt and friend. She will be
deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.
She is preceded in death by her parents, George and Leota Bruner;
husband, George William “Bill” Sego; two brothers, William and John
Bruner and other relatives and friends.
Those who are left to mourn her passing are her two sons, Michael R.
and wife Laura Young of Monongahela, PA and Kevin L. Young of Cuba,
Missouri; one daughter, Deborah and husband Joe Tarnowski of
Stirling, New Jersey; two brothers, Jack and wife Marguerite Bruner
of Costa Rica and Ronald Bruner of Waynesville, Missouri; two
sisters, Loeta and husband Cliff Crews of Potosi, Missouri and
Deanna and husband Luke Youngman of Columbia, Missouri; 13
grandchildren; two great grandchildren; nieces, nephew and a host of
other relatives and friends.
Visitation was held Friday, May 25, 2007 from 9-11 a.m. at Britton
Funeral Home, Cuba. Funeral service was at 11 a.m. Friday, May 25,
2007 at Britton Funeral Home, Cuba with Rev. Jim Young officating.
Interment at Meramec Hills Cemetery, Cuba.
Arrangements were under the direction of the Britton Funeral Home of
Cuba, Missouri.
