Evelyn Marvel Studer 1901-1984

Services for Evelyn Marvel Studer were held at Concord Christian Church 3:00 p.m., Tuesday, March 20, 1984. Officiating at the services was Rev. Lee Todd. Music was provided by Rusty Shadel, Soloist; and Marcial Shadel, Organist. Burial was in the Concord Cemetery. Escorts were: John Stafford, Clay Duncan, Claude Rowland, Virgil Eads, Alfred Sloan, and Wayne Moneymaker. Under the direction of Colonial Funeral Chapels of Richland, Missouri.

Evelyn Marvel Studer was born December 12, 1901 in Garrett, Indiana, to William and Carrie Gotts Shaffer, and passed away March 17, 1984 in Lebanon, Missouri at the age of 82 years, 3 months, and 5 days.

On March 18, 1919, she was united in marriage to Earl Studer and to this union was born 3 children. Evelyn and Earl would have celebrated their 65th wedding anniversary Sunday, March 19, 1984. They lived most of their lives in Michigan, moving to Missouri in 1979.

She has been a member of Concord Christian Church since moving to Missouri.

She was preceded in death by her parents, 3 brothers, Clifford, Darrell, and Kenneth Shaffer.

Survivors include her husband, Earl of the home, 2 sons, Lyle of Richland, Missouri; and Earl William (Bill)
