Barry David Rowden d. November 10, 1986

Barry David Rowden, 29, of Springfield, Missouri, formerly of Waynesville, passed away Monday, November 10, 1986 at the St. John’s Regional Health Center, Springfield, Missouri. He was an employee of Zenith Distributing Corporation of Springfield at the time of his passing. He graduated from Waynesville High School in 1975.

Graveside services will be held Thursday, November 13 at 12:00 noon at the Buckhorn Baptist Church Cemetery with Rev. Harvey Dye officiating.

Visitation will be held Thursday morning, November 13 from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon in the Waynesville Memorial Chapel.

Survivors include his parents, Junior and Jeannie, both of Springfield, Missouri; one sister, Jennifer Fuller of Kansas City, Missouri; one brother Leland Sanders of Springfield, Missouri; paternal grandmother, Goldie Firebaugh of Richland, Missouri; maternal grandmother, Ruth Rowden of Richland, Missouri; and very special friends Denise McDowell and Jeff Manning.

A memorial has been established to the Buckhorn Baptist Church Cemetery fund in memory of Barry Rowden.

    Went to School with Barry. Best friends all thru school. Have looked many times for info. He was a great friend and person. Miss him always.

    I knew Barry from grade school through High School. He was a wonderful person to know. Did not know of his passing until recently. Always tried to find where he moved to after school, but could not. So very sad to know he is gone.
    You are missed Barry.
