David Fred Smith 1982-1984

David Fred Smith was born on June 23, 1982 at Waynesville, Missouri, the son of David and Debra (Majors) Smith and departed this life on January 19, 1984 at the Pulaski County Memorial Hospital of Waynesville, Missouri. He had attained the age of 1 year, 6 months, and 26 days.

He is survived by his parents, David and Debra Smith, of Waynesville, Missouri; his paternal grandparents, Edwin and Carol Smith, Waynesville; his maternal grandparents, Delinous and Kaya Gossett, Waynesville, and a host of other relatives.

Funeral services were held on Monday, January 23, 1984 at the Long Moss Williams Chapel in Waynesville at 10:00 a.m. with Virgil White officiating.

Burial was in the Waynesville Memorial Park Cemetery under the direction of the Long Moss Williams Funeral Home of Waynesville, Missouri.
