Rayl Cemetery

Rayl Cemetery, also spelled Rayle Cemetery, is located in Pulaski County, MO., near Waynesville, Missouri on Revere Lane, formerly named Pippin Road. This road is blocked off with a locked gate before you can reach Rayl Cemetery. If you could continue along this road you may be able to see the ruins of Pippin Place. This road also takes you to the site of Bartlett's Mill, believed to be one of the first settlements in Pulaski County.

Rayl Cemetery has approximately 26 marked graves. In addition to members of the Rayle family, a member of the Bell family is buried here also. The oldest tombstone is that of Sarah Bell Rayl, who passed away 17 November, 1860, at the age of 7 years and 17 days. The newest headstone belongs to Virgil Rayl, who died 15 January, 1975, at the age of ninety.
